7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

At nurtling.pk, we want you and your little one to be completely happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected. If you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

Our 7-Day Promise

You may request a return or exchange for your items within 7 days of the date you received your package.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging (including all tags, labels, and the original gift box).

  • Hygiene & Safety: Due to the nature of our products (baby grooming kits, clothing, and bath essentials), we can only accept returns for items that have not been opened, worn, washed, or used, to ensure the health and safety of all our customers.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please have your order number or a copy of your purchase receipt ready when contacting us.

How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the criteria above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send a message to our official WhatsApp at 03226487479 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the name of the item you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return. If the item arrived damaged, please attach a clear photo or video of the issue.

  3. Verification: Our team will review your request and guide you on the next steps for returning the item to our facility.

Exchanges

If you received an item that is defective or damaged, we will happily exchange it for the same item. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size or design, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to stock availability.

Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item to us.

  • If you are exchanging a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been removed from their original sealed packaging or appear to have been used.
